The ’Teen Mom’ star hosted the Toga Party at Ghostbar Dayclub inside the Palms Casino Resort where she partied the day away in a silver spandex frock with boyfriend Simon Saran.
Despite her recent botched lip surgery Farrah’s lips seemed to of returned to normal and looked proud of her fuller lips at the Vegas day club.
Clearing up what happened during her botox surgery Farrah told Hollywoodlife in a recent interview she did not receive lip implants and “the doctor used a method I was allergic to and I had a massive attack and went to emergency room”.
Going on she also told the teen site “I am now on medication for five days in order to clear up and heal my body from the attack”.
